    Terms & Conditions:

The agreement between Reposition and the client is governed by these conditions, which supersede all other terms and conditions. No variations to these conditions will be effective unless agreed upon in a written contract signed by both parties within the previous 12-month period. All signed agreements remain valid for 12 months from the agreement date, after which these conditions take effect.

The scope of work to be performed is described in the SEO Packages page (if available) on the website or in the proposal document provided to the client. Reposition will initiate work within 5 working days upon receiving the initial payment, often sooner. Reposition will collect monthly non-refundable subscription payments through PayPal or an equivalent card processing service.

The client may terminate the work by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice (for contracts up to ฿20000 per month) or 90 days’ written notice (for contracts over ฿20000 per month), starting at the end of the current monthly period. If the notice period extends into the subsequent month’s work, the client is responsible for full payment for the subsequent month; no pro-rated payments will be accepted.* If Reposition does not receive payment, work on site optimization will cease until payment is received.

However, any outstanding payments will still be due. All payments made to Reposition for the SEO service are non-refundable. Reposition may need to make edits to the client’s site for optimization purposes or provide instructions on required changes. Reposition will strive to improve the client’s website ranking on search engines. However, there is no guarantee of achieving this. The monthly payment covers the work carried out. In the event that the client requests Additional Services, Reposition will endeavor to provide them and make them available at Reposition.asia’s current standard charging rates. The rate applies to the time spent on additional tasks and is charged per person.

Reposition cannot be held financially liable for the client’s website ranking on search engines. Reposition is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the client or any party associated with the client, whether direct or indirect, immediate or consequential, arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or any other manner, falling within the following categories: special damages, even if Reposition was aware of the circumstances leading to such special damages; loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of or damage to data.

Reposition is not responsible for any adverse effects on the client’s business operations, sales, or profitability that may be attributed to services provided by Reposition. The terms and conditions of this website are governed by the laws of Thailand. Exclusive jurisdiction for any claims arising from the content of this website lies with the courts of Bangkok. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid by a court with competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
